The Summer Sermon Series, “Progress in the Process” continued this past weekend with the sermon being shared with former CBC Pastor Peg French.
It was a joyful moment with having the participation of Chris leading the worship and seeing the welcoming back to CBC as expressed by the CBC congregation. I am in awe of just how God is leading and guiding us during this period of transition and transformation. Just knowing that God’s Spirit is present among us is a reminder of the North Star statement and the theme scripture from Proverbs 3:5-6 (ICB) Trust the Lord with all your heart. Don’t depend on your own understanding. Remember the Lord in everything you do. And he will give you success.
As we continue the Summer Sermon Series, this Sunday our message “RENEW” will come from Matthew 15:10-20. Come and hear what the Lord is saying to us for “Such A Time As This.”
