This Advent season has been a time of preparation for the coming of Jesus.
As we began this Advent with our theme, “The Heart of Christmas”, we have shared messages including the four elements Hope, Peace, Joy and Love.
The specific titles being,
1. HOPE Is At The Heart of Christmas;
2. PEACE In The Heart of Christmas;
3. Heart of Christmas That Brings JOY from the Sanctuary Choir; and
4. The Heart of Christmas is LOVE from Rev. David Anderson.
All of the seasonal sermons, music, titles, elements and reflections come together in “The Heart of Christmas” being Jesus. CBC and friends have been sharing and celebrating what Christmas is really all about.
As we now gather with family and friends, may this Christmas be a continuous reminder of the very special gift of Jesus. We can share our own gifts of HOPE to those who are in need of encouragement. Likewise, we may share gifts of PEACE in expressions in kindness to one another. Our very presence and gifts shared in JOY are graciously embodied with our LOVE.
JESUS is at “The Heart of Christmas!”
Join us on Christmas Eve beginning at 11p.m. for this weekend’s worship service, as our service concludes; it will be Christmas morning!
